All sales are final

No returns, no exchanges, no refunds

Every sale is final, sealed or opened. We do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not refund an order once it is placed, for any reason: change of mind, a duplicate order, a price that moves after you buy, cards you did not like pulling, or a release the publisher pushes back. Pre-orders included, they cannot be cancelled once placed. Please be sure of what you are ordering before you pay.

Minor shrink-wrap scuffs, small dents on the outer cardboard and factory wrap variations are normal for mass-produced sealed product and are not defects.

If we never ship it, you get your money back

That is not a return, it is an order we could not fill. Pre-orders are subject to the allocation our distributors give us and are filled first come, first served; if we receive no allocation of a product, every pre-order for it is refunded in full, and if we receive part of one, the units we cannot supply are refunded in full. The same goes for an item marked "ships from warehouse" the distributor turns out not to have. We refund that line within 15 days and ship the rest of the order. See the pre-order policy.

Wrong or missing item

If we ship the wrong item or leave one out, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we put it right.

Legal warranty

Nothing here limits the legal warranty under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or your provincial equivalent.
