In-stock orders: "Confirmed" means we've placed the purchase request. Once the status changes to "Ready for Pick-Up," the item has arrived and is ready to collect. Delivery to the store typically takes about a week, but timelines may vary.
Pre-orders: Allocations for Pokémon and One Piece are based entirely on your in-stock purchase history of the respective products. For example, if you've made no in-stock purchases, you will not receive any allocation for these products. Allocations for MTG high-demand products (Collector Boosters / Gift Bundles) are also based on in-stock orders, but mostly on the play booster ratio (5 play boosters per collector). Allocations are confirmed only a few days before the release date, and you should expect to receive the allocated quantity at that point. Pre-order prices are subject to change before release.
